I couldn’t find or recommend anything better for this price or under $500… This is my first DVR, I’m familiar with CCTV systems so this was, for me, a good purchase seeing as it had 16 channels. When it arrived, and I started setting it up, installing the SATA Drive (you can mount two, has the cables and power for two), the drives mount (screws included) to the floor of the case with the perfectly aligned holes on both sides, doesn’t matter which side or SATA slot. If you’ve added a hard drive to a computer, you’ll need no instructions.

Not a bad unit for the money First of all. The manual on the included disk is incorrect. The Android app needed for cell phone viewing is called “SuperLivePro” made by Peng Antai. It says this on the Aposonic website.
